I put my pegs on either side of my foreskin. One side of the peg on the inside so it rubs my glans and the other side of the peg on the outside of the foreskin. This way the foreskin is clamped tight. Great feeling. Most I've had is 6 but 3 is better as more manageable. Great to walk round naked like this too as the pegs drag down the penis and its a lovely sound as the pegs bang together.
