I just learned of what happened to her; it's an awful shame and I hope folks realize that it goes beyond just a LBGT issue, but is ultimately a human rights issue pertinent to all of us. I'm also surprised that she didn't take 4 or 5 of those thugs out because I'm sure she could have.
