This movie is Tongue (1976) with the beautiful Brigitte Maier. This was touted as being the first major black erotic film with an all black cast apart from Brigitte Maier. Also, of some note is the original music score. Lastly, the movie apparently features in Bucky's '70s Triple XXX Movie House Trailers Vol. 6
